The resort's villas truly felt like a home away from home. Equipped with everything we needed, from a washing machine to a barbecue, we were able to relax and enjoy family dinners in our private garden. The solarium provided a tranquil spot to soak up the sun, giving us a true vacation feeling.
Lack of decor in the apartment.

lovely views across alghero and it was very quiet and peaceful most of the time. also two bathrooms for two bedrooms which made sharing easier.
the usual italian hard beds - i have visited italy at least yearly for 12 years and only once had a comfy bed!!

The apartments have a lot of space and are of good quality. But, that''s all. You just get good accommodation.
Really nothing else to do, no service, just a small swimming pool. You really need a car to do something else, even to get rid of your garbage. It's defnitely no value for money.

This hotel is ideally located close to the beautiful beaches and vibrant city center. Set atop a little hill, it offers breathtaking views of the island. the rooms are spacious and feature comfortable bedding with multiple bathrooms. the staff here is friendly and accommodating with a well-maintained pool and garden area. You can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast on the terrace while admiring the view.
The kitchen and bathroom could use some improvement.

Setting of apartments was beautiful, and when finished the apartments will be too
Rudeness of staff, open wires due to unfinished apartment, leaking air conditioning units, lack of information provided,

Clean, new, fresh. Nice houses with terrace and balcony. Ok swimmingpool.
Besides the nice houses, the interior and furniture where of very cheap quality. The staff was not at all service minded. The emergency phonenumber were closed outside officehours (when we ran out of gas). No garbage service in the hotel area (had to bring all garbage 3 km into town). No shopping, restaurants or bars nearby. The information on Booked.net about the hotel gave the impression it was located in the middle of town, but it was in fact 3 km outside town and almost 5 km to the beach.

We had a great stay at this resort. The villas were well-equipped, spacious and clean. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and a nice view of the sea from the hill. There were free bikes available to get into town, although having a car would have been more convenient.
Nothing all excellent.

large villa
the hotel was further out of alghero than advertised.building work was still under way and in fact it is part of a bigger complex of empty villas in a half finished development.the pool is now open but i doubt it is big enough for the resort.we had problems with the electriciy and had to move villa.little english spoken.must have a car.wanted me to pay in cash for the rental of the villa

Villas very clean and spacious, good outdoor space and lovely roof terracewhich was great when the sun was going down. It is extremely quiet in the morning, we couldnt hear anything except the birds! The villas are very cool inside if it gets too hot outside, also when we were there it was a little chilly a couple of the mornings and we put the air con on which warmed the place up really quickly.
I didnt use the pool it looked great but quite small and not near our villa, also the opening hours for the pool were a bit weird it was closed 1.30 till 4.30 might have brrn because it wasnt peak season, but i enjoyed lying on a sunbed outside the villa, and didnt really miss the pool. Its a good 25 min walk to the nearest shop it would be great if they stocked things like bread , milk eggs etc.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at this little hidden gem in Sardinia. The villas are clean, spacious, and have beautiful garden surroundings. The pool provided a refreshing escape from the midday heat. The owner, Fabio, was always there to help with any issues and made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.

Spacious apartments, tranquil environment
Enjoyed a recent city break at this resort located a short distance from Alghero. The apartments are very spacious and provide plenty of room for families or couples, with well-equipped kitchenettes and outdoor spaces. The tranquil location is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. A communal pool is also available for guests.
While the apartments are spacious, the amenities are quite basic and some may find them lacking. The lack of daily housekeeping, limited reception hours and the need for a car to get around could be an issue for some guests.

Nothing to mention.

Spent Christmas at a villa in Sardinia and had a great time. The villas are spacious and well-equipped. Plus, the views of the olive grove and sea were stunning. Well-located near Alghero, the resort offers easy access to restaurants and attractions. The pool was a highlight, a refreshing way to unwind after exploring. a fantastic winter holiday destination.
While the villas were lovely, the beds could be more comfortable. Also, be prepared to bring your own supplies as there is no onsite shop. Additionally, the WiFi could be better, but who needs screens when you have such an amazing view?

We got great value for our money with the amazing pool, perfect for a relaxing day. The room was spacious and we loved having our own veranda and barbecue. The location was quiet and ideal for families. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement to provide a wider variety of options.

Enjoyed exploring protected marine area including Neptune Grottoes. Mugoni beach was perfect for sheltering from Mistral wind. Villas had everything needed, including private parking and a solarium. The Lido of San Giovanni was a great spot for sunbathing. Alghero had great nightlife and a beautiful lido.
Who needs WiFi during a holiday anyway?
